The annual "riveran" subscription is issued to individuals who have their residence adjacent to the parking lot.
Holders of resident subscriptions related to the Historical Center area have the privilege to park in all public paid parking areas within the Historical Center.
This type of subscription will be issued with a maximum of two subscriptions per property, specifically for individual dwellings or apartments.
No "riveran" subscriptions will be issued to individuals or legal entities who own apartments in collective or individual residential buildings if the building permit explicitly indicated that the provision of parking spaces was included in the construction permit.
